Honey, Pistachio and Orange Grilled Peaches
Takes 10 minutes
2 large ripe, firm peaches, stoned and quartered
2 tbsp clear honey
zest 1 orange and flesh chopped
200g/7oz Greek yogurt
25g/scant 1oz roasted pistachios, finely chopped
