Second only to Christmas, we think Grilled Cheese day is possible one of the greatest days ever invented. We are drooling over this vision of cheesy loveliness. Go forth and grill cheese.
Anyone who’s been skiing will recall the stomach-stretching excesses of the giant cheese fondue into which cubes of bread are dipped. The posh way to do this is to reverse the process. Smear the fondue on the toast and grill to bubbling perfection.
