Wednesday 19th July is Daiquiri Day! So we thought we'd get everyone ready with this yummy frozen apricot daiquiri recipe. The perfect accompaniment to a summers day.
Heavenly to drink, this is a great way to spoil your guests at a party. If you make the poached apricots
in advance and freeze them, put them in the blender frozen and omit the ice, adding a splash of water - Tom Hunt from The Natural Cook.
|Frozen Apricot Daiquiri
1 quantity of poached apricots
100ml of apricot poaching liquor, or to taste
300ml white rum
2 limes, juiced, or to taste
600g of ice, or to taste
