Omar Allibhoy

Omar Allibhoy trained with Ferran Adrià in Spain and later became Head chef at El Pirata detapas in Notting Hill, London, where he was featured on Channel 4’s Ramsay’s Best Restaurant. As a result, Omar’s reputation as the ‘Antonio Banderas of cooking’ was born. He has since opened five Tapas Revolution restaurants across the UK. He frequently appears on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and cooks Spanish recipes for Jamie Oliver’s FoodTube and is at the forefront of Spanish food in the UK.
