Halliday Wine Companion has an exciting opportunity for an experience Account Manager to join our commercial team. If you love wine and media and have experience selling across digital, print, social and consumer experiences, this role is for you.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients. You will be required to create integrated solutions across our assets - responding to briefs, developing new business pitches, sponsorships and proactively working to exceed revenue targets, at the same time providing the highest level of professional service and meeting clients’ expectations.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience in media sales
• Love the wine industry and have a thirst for new wine knowledge
• Be experienced at selling across platforms, with knowledge of digital media
• Be creative - with experience and success in creative sales solutions, including content opportunities
• Be a great communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be energetic and highly motivated to succeed
• Have experience managing people
• Be a team player, working together to achieve targets
• Be able to prove success in achieving targets ideally on high frequency titles
