Award winning chef and author Martin Morales’ new book, Andina: The Heart of Peruvian Food, is published on 5th October. Andina features over 100 delicious and unfussy receipes from one of the worlds most ancient cuisines.

With stunning photography location photography by Dave Brown and food photography by David Loftus, Andina is the first ever book to capture the food and scenery of the Andes and the spirit of its people and traditions.
