Matt Wilkinson is a British chef who now runs the much-loved Melbourne eating and drinking establishment Pope Joan, and his very own produce store – Hams & Bacon. He is the author of two successful previous titles Mr Wilkinson's Favourite Vegetables and Mr Wilkinson's Simply Dressed Salads.
