Bob Brown is an Australian politician, author, photographer and lifelong activist. He was leader of the Australian Green Party from 2005 to 2012, when he retired as leader of the Greens and then retired from parliament. Bob Brown was the founder of Bush Heritage which today has 8.86 million hectares under conservation management and through the Bob Brown Foundation he continues to support campaigns to protect ecosystems, species and wild and scenic heritage.
