Designing city houses for private clients constituted the major part of Wayne Gillespie's professional life. His aim always was to build houses with pure, clean lines, combining the best design features of classical villas with modern technology to provide an optimal environment for living. Within the confines of the urban streetscape, his talent for maximising light and space inside the boundaries of even the smallestsite was especially valuable.
