Jessica Prescott is the writer and photographer behind the stylish vegan blog Wholy Goodness: Cooking With Plants (www.wholygoodness.com) which was nominated as a finalist in the Best New Voice category in the Saveur awards. She grew up in Napier – the fruit bowl of New Zealand – and now lives in Berlin. Wholy Goodness is a manifestation of her long-held desire to share her kitchen experiments.
